Why we use Wi-Fi codes

Many shops use one shared password that stays the same all day (or month, or year). Because every device uses the same login, devices are often on the same network with little isolation — which makes snooping and hacking attacks easier.

Our Wi-Fi is professionally managed. No sign-up or personal information is required. Codes expire so a password cannot be reused for hours/days after someone leaves — or used from outside the shop by anyone who saw or was given it. That shrinks the window for snooping and abuse, protecting you. It also helps keep tables free for paying customers. The average visit is about 90 minutes; a 3-hour code covers most people’s needs without leaving access open all day.

Also, our enterprise-grade equipment isolates each device from the others, filters known malware and phishing sites, and is updated against current threats.
